Masahide Shigeno
Co-Founder, Representative Director, Deputy President, and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Shigeno currently serves as our Representative Director, Deputy President, and Chief Technology Officer. He is also one of the co-founder members of Micware. He has been primarily responsible for the technology of the entire Micware group. He has also served as the Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer of our subsidiary, Micware Spacia Co., Ltd., since September 2026.
Mr. Shigeno has served as a Director at sdtech Inc., a Japanese software developer and software engineering and design solution service provider, since September 2021, where he is responsible for management.
Mr. Shigeno obtained a diploma in software from the College of Computing, Kobe Institute of Computing in Kobe, Hyogo, in March 1993.
